Experience was great. Very close to the cruise terminal so we were happy not having to need extra transportation. Our tour was replaced with another itinerary due to rough seas, but still wonderful views/experience none the less. Andres was our skipper and was knowledgeable and kind.

Absolutely loved our boat tour of Cinque Terra. Amazing trip and our guide was fabulous. Can't express how wonderful of a tour this was.

Our tour guide Martha was great. She made us feel welcome and relaxed whilst being very clear about timings and meeting points. The only minor points where that you advertised that the bus has WiFi. Although my phone picked up the bus WiFi address, when the driver was asked for the password we were told it was out of order? Whilst I appreciate that I couldn't expect 5 star cuisine for the lunch it could have been a little more imaginative. Overall a very pleasant day in a stunningly beautiful part of the world. If you have the time for a day trip from Florence - please do consider this.. Italy is awesome and we are so glad we did this trip as it was a great insights to the costal towns of Italy in this region. The tour is very well paced.. Yes you get up early.. but then you can catch up the nap on your bus journey which is very comfortable. Our guide was just awesome ensuring that we have a clear view of how the day is going to look like.. and she helped us with all the onboarding and offboarding of the trains.. its a super fun activity as you visit great small towns.. use all the modes of transport except flight and there is help all along the way. Very professional.. very dependable.. This tour has been the highlight among all the day trips we took.. Cant recommend enough!!

We had a wonderful trip and a couple of good swims . Excellent tips from our guide made the most of our time and experiences on the day . Thank you Marta , you have been the best guide we have had so far on our travels and made it a memorable day .

I didn't like it at all, because the meeting point indicated was not the correct one. In addition, you do not refund me after the mistake was yours. Regrettable treatment.

Very well organized and the guide, Lucciano and driver were exceptional. We went on a heat wave and it was the only thing I recommended you to consider as it was a difficult day due to the extreme heat. There's a lot of in and out of train, stairs and walking so wear good shoes and pack very lightly.

Ornella was a great guide, she made all the instructions on where to meet etc very clear! We had a good schedule, enough time in each place to explore and take some photos. Well planned tour and a lovely experience!

Dani was a grear guide and Nicola a very good driver. Landscape were awesome.

It was good to have the logistics sorted out. Dani was a friendly guide, but I would've liked a litle bit more information about the villages. When we arrived there she told us that only guides from the village are allowed to give details. This would've been nice to know beforehand for full disclosure (luckily I had my guidebook with me to read a bit). It woudl also have been good to have it mentioned that it would be the low season so many places closed, boat tour not possible. I wasn't after hiking but I don't think the time allocated for each village would've let people hike much. There was only an hour in the first two villages and about 2.5 in Monterosso. It was still enjoyable but just not a great tour.

Jessica was a good guest. liked it's manner and openess to talk. I wish I had more time in last town wey visited. Drive in and out Cinque terre was without incidents. Overall a thumbs up experience

It was amazing! Antonio was incredibly helpful and knew so much! We really enjoyed our time at Cinque Terra and would definitely go again.

My family and i needed this vacation to Florence and when I saw this ticket online I knew I had to get it for the entire family. It was so much fun, highly recommend

Our seats on the bus were right under the air condition vent so it was too chilly but otherwise a great day and a lot of fun

It's a good tour but my only issue is that you have to wake up extremely early in the morning which is a bummer if you're partying the night before. But other than that, good

There's a lot of things to do here, it's a 13 hour trip minus the transfers to and from Florence so carry sun tan lotion and a lot of water- trust me, you'll need it

My God the Ligurian coast is just *chef's kiss* everything about this trip reminded me of my college life in Florence. Loved it

Can I just say that as a foreigner I was glad to have the transfers from and to Florence very convenient. Local transport is so tricky

You'd think the "villages" in FLorence would be village-y but NO. They are absolutely stunning and not even remotely rural looking

Take in some of that Florence sun with this GREAT ticket at a rather reasonable price, may I say. Loved the amazing coastlines

The trip and timing were very well organized between bus, train and villages. Our guide Cecily was very attentive and interesting, translating into English and Spanish for the whole group. On the other hand, the heat was very hot and tiring, and walking was difficult because of the hilltop villages, so all we did was go up and down in the sun. Remember to wear good shoes, protect yourself from the sun and take flip-flops for swimming, as the beach is full of sharp-edged pebbles. To be done over 2 days for less fatigue and real enjoyment!
